What to expect
When guests come to your event, they’ll see a clean, professional setup and a food truck serving everything fresh, made right inside. Outside, we set up a self serve table with limes, radishes, grilled onions, peppers, napkins, and utensils so your guests can customize their plates just how they like. We also offer 100% natural agua frescas that are made fresh and served cold. From the moment we arrive, we keep everything running smoothly hot food coming out fast, friendly service, and an organized presentation that adds to the overall vibe of your event. When you book us, you’re getting a reliable team, quality food, and a full service taco experience your guests won’t forget.
About
I started this food truck with one goal, to bring real Tijuana style street food to events all over San Diego. What began as a passion for cooking for friends and family turned into a full time mission to serve high quality, freshly made tacos, mulitas, quesadillas, and more. Everything we cook is prepared on site, with recipes rooted in tradition and perfected through experience. We’ve served everything from small backyard parties to large corporate events, and we take pride in fast service, clean presentation, and food that keeps people coming back. This isn’t just a business, it’s personal, and we treat every event like it’s our own.

• Space Needed: Minimum 25 ft of truck parking space (preferably flat and level).
• Access: We need easy access in and out for setup and breakdown. No steep hills or tight turns.
• Power: We are fully self-contained and bring our own generator—no power hookup required.
• Permits: We carry all required health permits, insurance, and fire inspection documents.
• Service Time: We typically arrive 45–60 minutes before service starts to set up and prep.
