Each set up depends on the crowd size.
* Intimate groups up to 25 or 30 can be held in multipurpose rooms or classes with no
microphone or amplification set-up. Banquet style or Theater style table set up is fine.
* Groups of 30 -70 require theater style chair set up and a microphone / sound system
(portable is fine)
* Groups of 70-100 require theater style seating set up, a small stage or raised platform is
preferred but not required. Microphone and sound system a must.
* Groups of 100+ should be in a multipurpose room, or theater type set up with a stage or
platform to elevate the speaker and a sound system.

A microphone (preferably wireless.) However, a corded microphone and stable sound system is fine. For more intimate groups of 25 or under--a soundsystem may not be necessary if the room is set up logistically for attendees to hear well.
