He tells the stories of how he was able to fight through the day to day battles of being under-sized, under-skilled but achieved a scholarship to play college baseball. His story is meant to be inspiring and proof that anyone can fight through. Even after college, Jamie battled demons and anxiety everyday of feeling worthless. How we overcame being laid-off after 3 months at his first job, to now he is the VP of Sales for a Consulting Firm. This is a story meant to show others what can happen!
Jamie is currently the VP of Sales at a software consulting firm. Early in his career he was unsure of what he wanted to do but knew he wanted to make an impact. Sales, felt like the most natural fit based on his competitive up bringing. After being a two sport athlete in high school, Jamie competed at a very high level of collegiate baseball. Grit, power and determination took Jamie from a 5'4" Sophomore to pitching for the best college baseball team in the country.
His story is layered with hardships, set backs and the consistent reminder of devastating anxiety and depression. Jamie's story is unique, in that he uses his demons to level up. These successes do not go without set back as he has had many in his life.
