He performed one song out of the two songs agreed upon. He was scheduled from 7-8. He left one minute before the second song was requested at 814pm. I understand that we were running late. The reason for the 3 stars was that the first song he played left much to be desired. Everyone commented on the song and how it wasn’t great. It was a bit embarrassing but overall the event went very well. I paid almost $300 (that’s an 8 hour shift for me as a nurse) for one song that did not sound good. I was running 15 mins behind schedule, I get that…but the solo that was played, itself, wasn’t great.

I am truly sorry that you were disappointed with my performance. I communicate the time stipulation prior to agreeing to the event. I completely understand that you were running behind but I was unable to stay due to prior scheduled commitments.

James White arrived at my venue early and was prepared to play from a playlist. He was very talented and set the mood for the event as people walked in. I was very happy with his music and I know I made the right choice.

James is an amazing saxophonist. He was very responsive, throughout the booking process, and very professional. Played beautifully throughout the reception and wedding. We received many compliments from our guests. Will definitely book him again.
