Jaime's Personal Chef & Catering Service

On the day of your event I shop for the ingredients for your dinner party, Me and my team (for parties 9 and over) will show up 3 to 4 hours before the start time of your event and set up and prepare for your event. Once your guest are seated, my professional waitstaff will serve them (plated) or your guest will help themselves to the buffet once everyone have been served them my staff and I will begin the clean up, once the event is over we will pack up, clean up, and leave your kitchen as we found it.

My name is Chef Jaime Jeffrey, and I bring with me my 18+ years of professional culinary training and experience. I have a degree in Culinary Arts and Management from the Art Institute of New York, with many years of experience as a catering chef, pastry chef, cocktail chef, and personal chef. I have worked for and with the best. Abigail Kirsch Catering, Constellation Catering Group and I also worked at Charlie Palmer Aureole and Beauty & Essex in the lower east side owned by Chris Santos a frequent guest judge on Chopped. You are in good hands with me, and you will not be disappointed.
