Jade Maxx Henna

Unlimited henna for full time booked with a setting spray to ensure darkness and glitter to go on top of the henna for a fun sparkle that lasts the evening.

My henna is always organic and hand made, so safe for any skin types. Jagua is always organic fruit juice and safe for anyone who is not allergic to fruits.

I require a minimum of $150 for up to 20 people, which will take up to 1.5 hours. Bookings for 100 or more guests will suggest 5 hours or more of unlimited henna with one artist, or 2.5 hours with two artists

We offer a fun and memorable addition to any event, gathering, or special celebration. We often work at weddings for reception or prior events, even bachelor and bachelorette parties, birthday, corporate events or customer appreciation days, and fundraisers!

Our henna material is all natural and hand made by Jade every couple of weeks to ensure freshness and the darkest stain possible.

Henna is the leaf of a plant, mixed with essential oils to create a paste like substance. The smell is wonderfully calming, and the feeling/motions of the application is like a meditative art. The paste dries in 20 minutes (so don't smudge it!) and will start to flake off. Keeping as much on for as long as possible is best for a mature henna stain, and try to avoid water for that first day. Over the next 48hours after application, your henna will fully develop into a rich brown stain that will last 7-10 days. Enjoy!

Jagua is the nectar from a fruit found in tropical regions. I gather mine from a particular tribe in the Northern Amazon of Brazil. They have an Instagram that can explain many questions you may have about the fruit: @freshjagua
This gel like fruit nectar takes about an hour to dry and is easily smudged, so be careful! Once dry, this will need to be washed with warm soap and water in 3-4 hours. The stain will almost disappear after being washed off, and will fully develop in to a blue black stain on the skin over the next day or so. This stain lasts about 15-20 days and runs slightly more expensive than its counterpart, henna.
