We take pride in handling our client’s most important social and professional events, corporate travel plans and meetings as well as offering business marketing solutions, professional development and executive administrative services for companies of all sizes. Most importantly, our experienced coordinators take the pressure off of you by handling the aspects of the business, administrative tasks and the negotiating and coordinating process while maintaining organization within your projected budget.

The founder and CEO of Jackson Capital Elite, LLC, Kimberly T. Jackson, a Virginia native, raised in North Carolina has a southern hospitality charm that followed her to the District of Columbia where she now resides with her family. Growing up, she always had a keen creative instinct. Having an incredible ambitious drive in her career goals, Ms. Jackson has over fourteen (14) years of experience in administration, corporate planning, budgeting, as well as social event planning. While working in the legal field as a Corporate Paralegal and Executive Assistant with some the most prominent firms and prestigious government organizations, she has gained solid experience in organizing and hosting several corporate meetings and events, established credible relationships with top executives, partners and vendors, handled domestic and international corporate travel and itineraries while utilizing her analytical capabilities to provide corporate officials with strategic business marketing and budgeting tools. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Legal Studies as well as a Masters in Public Administration. In addition, Ms. Jackson’s experience and passion for special event planning includes vacation travel, social events and weddings where her eventful creativity far exceeds her client’s vision of their special day. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, traveling and spending quality time with her family.

Our Wedding Packages range from $850 - $1650 (packaged include romantic centerpieces - vases and candles and ivory linens).
Flat Rate Day-Of Coordinator Rate starts at $450 (this package be customized to fit your particular needs)
All packages include 10 hours of day-of services (directing wedding party, family and friends, assisting with vendors hired the day-of, and making sure the overall wedding festivities run smoothly);
Sr. Event Manager; and 1 Event Assistants.
My event company is licensed and my staff will be equipped with 2-way radio systems to effectively communicate during your wedding event. Our job is to make your day stress free so that you can concentrate on marrying the one you love!

Our Corporate and Social Events are customized Flat Rates depending on what is requested.
OR - We also offer low hourly rates for our corporate clients.
Our hourly planning and administrative rate is $35.00/hr
Assistant's rate is $15.00
On-Site Management Rate is $50.00/hr for 3hs or less.
$35.00/hr for 4hrs or more.
Event Assistant's on-site rate range from $10-15hr (depending on event logistics).
On-site Includes- setup/clean up, vendor coordination, and overall event management, making sure everything runs smoothly.
We offer basic decor (centerpieces and linens) if needed.
