Overview
I am a South Florida based singer who specializes in traditional jazz. I bring a fresh energy to my performances while also keeping that warm, classic jazz sound alive. Whether I sing at a wedding, restaurant, or small cozy setting my love for music always shines through. I am available for duo, trio, or quartet according the needs and budget of the client.

What to expect
Be prepared to be transported to another time. I've often been told that my voice brings a sense of nostalgia to audiences of many generations. Expect a variety of jazz styles including Bossa novas, Cuban boleros, classic swing tunes, and heartfelt ballads. I pride myself on being able to tell the story of a song in a way that makes the audience feel it.
About
What I love about jazz is that it is able to bring people of all generations together and I believe that there can be a real revival of this genre for people of younger generations. I was born and raised in Miami, Florida and have always had an affinity for traditional jazz music as well as folk. I started off singing in a choir at just nine years old and crossed over to singing with a big band when I was 15. My main musical influences are Sarah Vaughn, Ella Fitzgerald, Anita O'Day, and Joni Mitchell. Overall my favorite thing to do is sing and bring people joy through music.
Additional booking notes
I can come as a duo (voice with a pianist), trio (voice, piano, bass), or quartet (voice, piano, bass, drums). I also know a number of horn players if that is something you're looking for. Technical requirements may vary according to the size of the venue. For smaller venues there must be a space with multiple outlets for amps and mic set ups but we will come with our own instruments and amps. Larger venues may require a sound system.
