From answering all my questions before booking to making sure he knew all about our event before it started so he would prepare to get the best shots, we could not have asked for anymore! The photos turned out amazing and Ivan was very professional every step of the way! 1000% will be hiring him again for our next events!
Also, our event ended at 11:00PM and somehow he got them all edited and sent to me by 5 am the next morning...again enough said, simply amazing service!

My style of photography is non intrusive. I respect people's spaces and often capture the raw emotions of candid moments. I'm a very laid back easy going kind of guy. I do like to crack a few jokes here or there, but always professional. My philosophy in photography is to click with people first before I click with my shutter.
All edited images will be downloadable via Private or Public album, with the ability to share directly to all your favorite social platforms within 24-48 hours (exceptions to weddings which can take 2-3 months). From your album, you will have the option of ordering standard photo prints or convert the images into wall art like canvases or metallic prints.
Photography and the art of seeing light and shadow have been my passion since I was a student in highschool. I was heavily influenced by watching a lot of movies and music videos. It also helped that my first job was working for Blockbuster Video. Always intrigued about how the cinematographer or director came up with how to light their subject or scene and the angles they chose to communicate their story. I spent most of my highschool days in the darkroom trying to absorb everything I could about photography.
I pursued a college degree at Humber College in their creative photography program. My two years of college allowed me to really understand the art of photography. Keep in mind, this was also back in 1997, and digital camera had just been introduced. I shot with only traditional analog film. Because of this, I learnt to be patient and framed my subject with purpose.
25+ years later, I'm still perfecting my art. Constantly shooting personal projects. Now I have a toddler and being able to capture and document her growth, and my journey as a parent is something I look forward to every day I wake up.
I shoot only with professional Canon DSLR cameras and lenses.
