Born into a unique blend of military and ministry, our family thrived on structure, fun, and deep connections with people. I vividly remember watching my dad speak into others' lives, telling them who they were—even things they didn’t yet see in themselves. One day, I asked him, “How do you know what to say?” He simply replied, “It’s a gift—and you have it too.”

That small conversation became a defining moment, launching me into a life of helping people uncover their mission, purpose, assignment, and vision.
