Mike Dieterich is a LEED AP, environmental scientist, author, speaker, and entrepreneur focused on energy and water efficiency with a focus on economics.

Mike is a Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Accredited Professional, a degreed environmental scientist, best-selling author, and award-winning producer. Over the past decade, he has written legislative, school, and municipal policies and programs that support sustainable development and resilience for the built environment. His efforts have culminated in the success of implementing instrumental sustainability initiatives in Washington D.C. Concurrently, he is a Research Fellow at Rice University for Energy & Environmental Research in the Human Sciences focused on innovation and research in resilience.
