Whether you're hosting 20 or 120 people, we adapt our service to fit your needs without ever compromising on quality.

For smaller events, we’re able to offer our full menu, featuring favorites like hand-made ravioli and our signature rigatoni alla bolognese.

For larger groups, we streamline the selection to a few carefully chosen dishes, allowing us to serve efficiently while keeping the flavors rich, fresh, and unmistakably Italian.

Looking for a full Italian experience? We also offer traditional Italian aperitivo setups, with focaccia, grissini, and a variety of classic Italian products, perfect for weddings, private parties, or corporate events.

With ingredients imported straight from Italy and a deep love for tradition, every dish we serve is crafted with care.

We’re punctual, tidy, and efficient; we arrive early to stage, keep a compact footprint, and leave the space spotless. Fully licensed and insured (COI available).

We’re Angelo and Solène, an Italian couple with a food truck, a dream and a mission:
to bring the real flavors of Italy to the streets of Los Angeles.
Rooted in tradition and driven by passion,
our menu celebrates the comfort and authenticity of Italian cuisine adapted for street food lovers in LA.
Our signature woodfire pizza pockets, inspired by the classic panuozzo,are made from pizza dough baked to perfection and filled with Italian favorites like meatballs, mortadella, salami and San Marzano tomato sauce.
We don’t just make pizza pockets, we also serve real Italian pasta.
Our rigatoni come with a slow-cooked Bolognese sauce, the kind that takes time and patience.
The lasagna is rich and layered just right.
Our spinach and ricotta ravioli are handmade and finished in butter and sage, a northern classic.
And our pesto comes straight from Italy.
We can’t wait to welcome you and share a taste of Italy with you.

> Our food truck is fully self-contained and operates with minimal requirements.
• We bring our own generator and water supply.
• We just need a safe, legal parking spot (about 25–30 ft for the trailer) with vehicle access in/out.
• No external power or kitchen facilities are required.
• If the event space has specific access times or rules, please let us know in advance so we can coordinate setup and breakdown.
