Our most-booked events combine a hosted game show with DJ entertainment in one coordinated program. Choose your game format below; we confirm the total booked time, game rounds and DJ segments in your quote.

1. FEUD TRIVIA BATTLE ROYALE | MOST BOOKED
Our leading game-show/DJ experience brings your guests together for a lively Feud Trivia Battle Royale. Hosted competition and DJ entertainment keep the program moving. We tailor the pace and presentation to your group and confirm the rounds and schedule before booking.

2. GAME SHOW BINGO
A hosted mix of trivia, interactive mini-games and a coverall bingo finale, with DJ entertainment included. Our starting Bingo option is a one-hour program; longer game/DJ schedules are quoted to match your event.

3. FEUD / BINGO / MINUTE TO WIN IT HYBRID
Three game formats in one program: Feud, Bingo and Minute To Win It challenges, plus DJ entertainment. We plan the rotation, game materials and participation around your guest count, age range, venue and booked time.

4. CUSTOM / THEME TRIVIA
Trivia shaped around your theme or occasion, with a host and included DJ entertainment. We agree on the topic, rounds, content preparation and any branding before booking. Custom writing and production are priced in the event quote.

INCLUDED & CONFIRMED IN WRITING
Each game-show package includes hosting and DJ entertainment within the agreed program, sound, standard show lighting and the game materials listed for your confirmed guest count. DJ entertainment is part of the package, not an automatic extra charge. The quote specifies game time, DJ segments, staffing, equipment, supplies and prizes. Additional hours, separate rooms or extra personnel require an agreed price. Setup and breakdown are separate from live program time.

VENUE & OPTIONAL EXTRAS
The client provides reliable power, a 4–6 ft table and any projector/screen assigned to the client in the quote. We confirm display needs for your chosen format. Travel, additional AV, premium prizes, specialty consumables and extra custom work are itemized before booking. Any promotional voucher and its restrictions must be expressly listed.

PRICING & BOOKING
Final pricing depends on the format, total game/DJ duration, location, attendance and production needs. A specialized LOI adds $75 when required, disclosed before booking. Applicable taxes and GigSalad’s client service fee are additional to the entertainment fee; IRL does not absorb the client’s platform fee. The accepted GigSalad quote and its selected cancellation policy govern the booking.

I’m Jason Heidel, the entertainer behind IRL Interactive Events in Westmont, Illinois. My background includes Chicago-area television, performing with Motown Nation and more than 20,000 hours on stage and in front of audiences.

Our specialty is the game-show/DJ hybrid: hosted competition and DJ entertainment in one coordinated event. Feud Trivia Battle Royale is our most-booked format, followed by Game Show Bingo, our Feud/Bingo/Minute To Win It Hybrid, and Custom/Theme Trivia.

We bring these experiences to corporate events, birthdays, holiday parties, schools, senior communities and venue game nights. We tailor the content and pace to your group, with DJ entertainment included in the agreed program. Your quote spells out the total schedule, equipment, supplies, prizes and venue responsibilities before you book.

Our wider entertainment network supports additional programming and performers when your event needs more. Outside-the-box events, in a box—with a host who knows how to keep people involved.

VENUE & POWER
Provide a safe, level performance area, reliable standard electrical outlets and a 4–6 ft table for game supplies/prizes. Tell us about stairs, elevators, loading restrictions, parking, sound limits and venue access rules before we quote. Outdoor equipment and performers require suitable weather protection; an indoor backup is recommended. A tent or mobile stage is an optional quoted service, not part of the base show.

SOUND, LIGHTING & DISPLAY
Our base Game Show Bingo package includes host-operated sound and standard show lighting for the agreed space. The client provides a compatible projector/screen unless the quote specifically includes display equipment. Confirm connections, placement and AV access before the event. Larger rooms, outdoor sites and additional sound zones may require extra production.

SETUP & BREAKDOWN
Confirm a load-in/setup window before guests arrive and access for breakdown after the performance. Live show time does not include setup or breakdown. Required access time depends on the selected package and is confirmed in writing. Venue delays do not automatically extend the agreed finish time; overtime is subject to availability and a written price.

SUPPLIES & PRIZES
Game materials are planned for the confirmed guest count. The quote identifies the prize assortment and any included consumables. Specialty favors, custom printing, branded materials and premium prizes require a separate agreed price. Any travel-voucher prize has its own issuer restrictions and redemption costs disclosed before booking; airfare, taxes and fees are not included unless expressly stated.

PLANNING & CHANGES
Share the guest count/ages, theme, accessibility needs, event schedule and venue requirements before booking. Changes to location, duration, attendance, format or production must be agreed in writing, including any price change. The client provides responsible adult supervision for minors and venue permissions. We may pause activities to address unsafe conditions; any cancellation or refund remains subject to the accepted GigSalad booking policy.
