Instant Event Art by Olga Bolgar
Add a touch of creativity and magic to your event with a live painting demonstration!
During weddings, corporate parties, or other celebrations, I paint live on-site using acrylics or oil on canvas, creating an expressive artwork in just 2–3 hours.
The painting can be based on a photo provided by you — such as a favorite landscape, flowers, or symbolic image that fits your event’s theme. Guests enjoy watching the artistic process unfold — from the first brushstrokes to the finished painting — making it a unique and inspiring entertainment.

June 2, 2026So talented!
Olga is such a talented artist and was very responsive to communication during our planning. She did watercolor portraits of pets at our party and everyone was super impressed by her skill. She is so kind and professional!

What to expect
When you hire me for your event, I create a live painting of a landscape or scene that you provide—whether it’s a favorite location, a meaningful view, or a special place connected to your event. Guests can watch as I bring the scene to life, painting on-site from start to finish.
The audience experiences the entire creative process: sketching, layering colors, and adding final details. The result is a unique, custom painting that captures the essence of the landscape in a vibrant and memorable way. This interactive performance offers entertainment, conversation, and a lasting keepsake that you and your guests will treasure.
About
Olga Bolgar is a professional artist based in Seattle, WA.
She holds a Master’s degree in Fine Art and works in a variety of mediums, including oil, watercolor, pastel, ink, charcoal, and pencil. Olga enjoys experimenting with color, texture, and form, creating works that express emotion and atmosphere through subtle nuances of light and shadow.

Additional booking notes
Space: I need a stable, flat surface to place my easel and painting supplies. A table nearby for extra materials is helpful.
Lighting: Adequate lighting is essential to accurately capture colors. Natural light is ideal, but bright indoor lighting works as well. Avoid harsh shadows or colored lights that could distort the colors.
Accessibility: The painting area should be accessible to guests, so they can watch comfortably without crowding the workspace.
Power: If using additional lighting or small devices, access to a nearby electrical outlet may be required.
Audience: Guests should have a clear view of the painting process. I can adjust placement based on the event layout.
Duration: Typically, the live painting process takes 2–3 hours, depending on the size and complexity of the scene.
Setup & Breakdown: I arrive 20–30 minutes early to set up and need 15–20 minutes afterward to safely pack materials.
