Most of my ministry has been focused on music, church planting and the next generation. I cut my teeth in ministry as a Youth Pastor at Horizon Christian Fellowship and Sonrise Church in Santee, Ca. For 12 years I worked with a number of Church Plants in the Temecula Valley through the C&MA. I’ve done just about everything there is to do as a Pastor and have loved every minute of it! While music has always been an element of my ministry, my primary focus has been in the area of team building.
For the last fifteen years I’ve been intimately involved in coaching and training church planters through Southwest Church Planting and the Send Network. As an adjunct professor, I’ve taught everything from Church Planting to Biblical Studies and Critical Thinking. Most recently, I’m preaching, teaching and leading worship at churches and schools all over San Diego while planting Convergence Community Church and coaching Send Network Church Planters.
I’m blessed to be married to my beautiful wife Staci (Pre-School Director, Choreographer, Photographer & Art Teacher). We have four incredibly cute, smart, bright, intelligent, witty, talented sons; Joshua, Micah, Asher and Noah. They make me smile everyday!
