With over 30 years of experience spanning leadership development, emotional intelligence, mental and emotional well-being, and organizational training, Terry delivers grounded, engaging presentations that connect personal awareness with professional performance. Her work is designed for corporate teams, conferences, campuses, and virtual audiences seeking meaningful, practical growth—not hype or surface-level motivation.

Terry holds a Master of Arts degree in Educational Psychology and Counseling and is a Certified Professional Life and Executive Coach. Her background includes extensive experience in leadership development, medical sales and customer service, and over a decade of work in mental health and family systems. This blend allows her to address stress, burnout, communication, and leadership challenges with clarity, compassion, and real-world relevance—without clinical framing.

She is the creator of the IAMPower™ Pathway, a structured leadership and well-being development system that helps individuals and organizations build self-awareness, emotional regulation, resilience, and purposeful leadership across onsite, hybrid, and remote environments.
