Inspirational Speaking: Empowering Men

I am an inspirational speaker and the founder of The Primal Mindset. As someone who was born and raised on Long Island, I am passionate about giving back to our community and helping others achieve their full potential. I have a deeply personal and powerful story of overcoming significant challenges such as depression, anxiety, addiction, severe weight gain, and self-loathing. At one point in my life, I was in a dark place, feeling trapped with no way out. However, I refused to settle for a life of despair. Through sheer determination and the development of The Primal Mindset, I have transformed my life, losing 100 pounds, achieving sobriety, and emerging as a mental health warrior.
