Max Justice, better known as Chip, is a transformational and influential technology executive with deep success leading global cybersecurity projects, leveraging new and emerging technologies for rapid business gains, and building programs and policies for reduced risk and elevated compliance. Often regarded as a game-changer and difference-maker, Chip is always looking toward the future to uncover new and innovative technologies, processes, and cybersecurity practices to ensure consistently evolution and progression.

Before Chip entered into the corporate realm, he served a strong tenure in the armed forces with experience gained inside both the United States Marine Corps and the United States Army. With tremendous leadership, operations, problem-solving, and risk management experience gained, he learned how to be calm and collected under fire with the ability to deliver 100% of the time. To this day, he lives the military values, ethics, and morals in all that he does.

As a deputy program manager, Chip led inside Booz Allen Hamilton while spearheading a single PMO for the implementation across multiple contracts. He successfully benchmarked DoD systems acquisition process, Project Management Institute practices, and Lean Six Sigma methodologies to elevate client human capital and managed services processes. From there, Chip achieved complex objectives as an enterprise management chief architect for diverse SETA contracts and as a CTO for the startup, Energy Research Solutions.

Inside ManTech, Chip severed as the NASA service deliver manager driving the complete scope of enterprise cloud strategy, data center transformation, cloud architecture, operations (DevOps), delivery, and migration of legacy applications to cloud IaaS/PaaS/SaaS solutions. Here he was awarded the CIO Appreciation Award and Certification of Appreciation from the Director of Mission and Science for his work on the streaming service of the 2017 Solar Eclipse.

In 2018, Chip was recruited into Telesis where he headed technical solutions for managed services, cybersecurity, agile development, and engineering across diverse RFPs while acting as a value-added resource to CXO leaders across enterprise-grade security, software, systems, and data architecture.

Chip’s hallmark of success is his unwavering ability to seamlessly lead through change, transition, innovation, and action while consistently providing strategic direction for large, global teams supporting multiple business streams; his leadership has driven the development of modernized and future-state solutions while implementing proven cybersecurity practices to mitigate even the most complex of risks.

Chip and his teams have consistently outpaced and outperformed business demands while cultivating a strong team culture perfectly aligned to the evolving needs of the business and key stakeholders. He is a unique combination of strategist, visionary, and innovator who truly sees opportunities where others do not.

With a passion for professional development and lifelong learning, Chip is leveraging an MBA and Graduate Certificate in Project Management from the DeVry University, Keller Graduate School of Management alongside numerous industry certifications including a CISSP, PMP, and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt. To that, he adds an in-progress Doctorate of Technology and Innovation with a focus in Cybersecurity from Northcentral University.
