I am what I call myself a "cost effective alternative" from other photographers. Some charge at least $600 for an hour, and delivers a set limit of photos. I however charge half of that price, and deliver all the photos. My focus is providing photography services for lower cost of living individuals and families to obtain the memories they deserve.
I cover a wide variety of photography. From singles to family photos, an even capturing photos for an event! Whatever you need captured, look to me and my camera to see it done!
Booked Amanda for our company's holiday party this year and couldn't be happier with the result! She had expert knowledge on lighting and a super quick turn around time that allowed the photos she took to be available to us early Monday afternoon after a Friday night gig. Thanks again Amanda!
Response from Amanda Brewer Photography:
Thank you for the amazing review! It's my goal to try and get pictures out as soon as reasonably possible for delivery to my clients. I am very glad you are satisfied with your photos! Happy Holidays!
I needed a portrait of my son and I for a Christmas gift for his grandparents. I'm so glad I discovered Earthly Halo photography. With professional, efficient service and flexiblity, we were easily able to work out location and scheduling for outdoor portraits in the winter, after accounting for inclement weather, etc. Photographing a 3 year old in an unusually squirrelly mood might seem impossible, but the results are in and many magical moments were captured! So excited about the photos and the artfully processed final portraits. Earthly Halo really provided exceptional service. I will be back for more!
Response from Amanda Brewer Photography:
Thank you so much for your review! It was a ton of fun getting your portraits done, and I know your family is going to love it!
Price Range: $175 and up.
Gig Length: 30 - 600 minutes

When it comes to your photoshoot, what's the first thing you expect when meeting me? Most people would say to show up on time, have their equipment ready, and guide them through the shoot while getting photos. Well, I do all that and more! Before we book your session and meet at our decided location, I get to know you a bit so that way I'm not just a stranger showing up with a camera! Your enjoyment and satisfaction is my number one priority, so if we can make the shoot fun and memorable, let's do it! Anything to help you enjoy the moments together in front of the camera!
The next thing you can expect is for me to be communicative. I work with you every step of the way to ensure that all your needs are met, questions are answered, and you know exactly what comes next in the post edit process and when exactly you will get your photos. If I have any issues come up, I always try to let you know as soon as possible -- even if things work out okay in the end. It's better to be warned and prepared, than to not be warned and suddenly things go crazy!
In the end, I want you to expect that you're going to have fun on your shoot, we are going to take some beautifully awesome pictures of you and your family, and it will be a fun and friendly experience from start to end!
In between responding to local disasters with Team Rubicon and volunteering for her community, Amanda is a photographer who enjoys exploring her natural surroundings with her blue heeler, Bruno and loving husband, Eric. Amanda has been a photographer since 2010 when she first learned the skill from her dad. Since then, Amanda has attended safari's with McKay Photography Academy, and has taught herself many of the skills that she uses today.
Some of Amanda's favorite places to be are Mt. Hood National Forest in Oregon, Canon Beach in Oregon, the rolling hills in Yakima in Washington, and the Columbia River Gorge. Amanda also enjoys getting pictures of the smallest lifeforms such as flowers, insects, and mushrooms! Anytime there is a challenge, Amanda seeks to break past it and capture scenes of the extraordinary and unexpected.
When it comes to conducting any indoor portrait sessions, I need a 15x15 space on average to set up my lights, backdrops, and the freedom of movement to get your photos. I'd hate to use my 35mm and still not have enough room! This is something we would discuss prior to booking your session with me.
Services are also dependent on weather. A little bit of rain is okay, but a total monsoon means that we will either move the shoot indoors, or we will reschedule for when the weather is a tad more pleasant. Not only do I not want you to be miserable in the cold and rain, but I don't want us or my equipment to get soaked! That does not make for a fun session!
