My audience can expect a short, interactive targeted presentation focused on influential leadership and how to impact change while building trust. Anyone can work for positive change within their organization but how you deliver your message is critical. It is not about position power. It is about speaking your truth positively, concretely and at the right level or levels within your company.
Margaret is a retired executive coach and corporate trainer. Margaret holds a Masters degree in Counseling and delivers talks in the areas of leadership, team building, goal setting and the art of story telling in terms of personal branding. Each presentation is tailored to the needs of the company and normally 40 minutes in length followed by a 15 minute interactive question and answer session.
Please have a laptop available with my PowerPoint presentation already loaded. I will supply the presentation via email prior to the talk for your review. I also prefer a flip chart and markers to be available. My presentations are interactive and I enjoy getting feedback from the audience and listing key points discussed in the Q&A on a flip chart for greater impact.
