Improv U’s approach to teambuilding is unique fun and accessible. We believe improv is something you already do with your team. We just help you focus on it. Every game and activity has a purpose and is designed to bring your employees closer together and build ensemble. There is no pressure to be funny or clever. We work together as a group attempting fun improv challenges. The results speak for themselves!

Team building sessions require tables and chairs as well as some open space for the group to form a circle or a few small circles.

We can accommodate any size group as long as the room can handle it.

We like to break groups of 20 or more into groups of 10-12.

For shows, basic lighting and wireless mics are suggested.
