Our availability is extremely limited. We recommend booking at least two-three weeks in advance. Please allow up to 24-48 hours for a response to your inquiry.

• Payments are non-refundable. In the event you need to reschedule your event, your deposit can be credited towards a new event within the calendar year.
• We must have confirmation of your reservation the week of the event or your booking will be cancelled. If you have not scheduled a confirmation call with Impersonations Atlanta at least 72 hours before your event, please call or text us at (phone number hidden).
• If we do not receive all party information, or a confirmation call, within 24 hours of your reserved time - your reservation will be canceled.
• Please let us know the number of attendees at your event so we may plan ahead.
• Changes made to your reservation must be communicated ASAP, we cannot promise to accommodate all changes but we certainly try our best to be flexible.
• Your Costumed Character will arrive at your event a few minutes before the scheduled start time to get dressed. This is for safety reasons to ensure that the children and event attendees do not approach the Character in a dangerous environment where vehicles may be passing.
• Please note that our Characters are non-verbal and typically have someone accompanying them to ensure that they are safe while in the costume.
• Due to the size of our Character heads, there are occasional blind spots, please ensure that the Character will be on a flat surface during the event to help prevent them from falling or being injured.
• Please ensure that you have a backup location for your event if it will be held outdoors, just in case it rains. Our Characters will attend events outside after the rain stops, but will not walk or stand in muddy conditions, however, they will stand/walk on soft or moist grass or fields.
• Our Character bookings are reconfirmed a few days before the scheduled event by telephone. During this call, one of our representatives will go over the details of your event to ensure that we fully understand your expectations and have a plan for the run of the show.
• We travel anywhere in the Metro Atlanta area bookings outside of Atlanta may include travel fees as needed.
• If possible, please provide a chair or backdrop for pictures
