Iconic Memories Photo Booth Co. was founded by Cynthia Anguiano, who set out to make every event feel as special as the people celebrating it. Based in Simi Valley, my husband and I have had the joy of being part of weddings, corporate parties, and family celebrations across Ventura County and the San Fernando Valley. We believe the best moments are the candid, joyful ones — and we're here to help you capture them.
> Our photo booth setup requires a standard 10ft x 10ft space (minimum 8ft x 8ft) on a flat, level surface, either indoors or in a covered outdoor area. We bring our own power bank, so a standard electrical outlet is not always necessary — just let us know your setup location and we'll come prepared.
> For optimal photo quality, we provide our own professional lighting, so no additional lighting is required from the venue. If the booth will be set up outdoors, a shaded or covered area is required to protect the equipment and ensure the best photo results — direct sunlight or rain exposure isn't suitable for our equipment.
> Setup typically takes 45-60 minutes prior to the event start time, and we request access to the space at least 1 hour before guests arrive. Breakdown takes approximately 30 minutes after the event concludes.
