He put a great performance (folks came up to me after the event, and said how great he was). On the day of, we had to make several changes to the performance area and type, and he responded quickly and without any fuss. He performed (vocals/guitar) some of our favorite songs and provided a great environment for a celebration. Would totally book again!

Hunter played at my husbands memorial service, which can be I guess a pretty tricky event. He was amazing. He played beautiful acoustic soft music during transition times and he played and sang two very special songs to honor Pedro. I felt so lucky that he was there with us and it made the entire service so beautiful.

About
Guitarist-Composer Hunter Somogie has been making music since the age of ten. Beginning with clarinet, he then switched to guitar at 13. Hunter has been teaching and performing in the New York City area since 2017. He has obtained music degrees from Crane School of Music and Manhattan School of Music. Hunter has studied guitar with masters Marcin Dylla, Martha Masters, David Leisner, David Starobin, Adam Holzman, Chris Stell, Alex Tsiboulski, and Doug Rubio.
