To ensure a smooth and magical visit:
1. Onsite contact: Please provide a cell number for someone available during the event.
2. Parking: Reserve a close parking spot for Santa’s arrival.
3. Greeter: Assign someone to welcome Santa and help load gifts if needed.
4. Grand Entrance: Plan a carol or group activity just before Santa walks in.
5. Photo Area: Place Santa’s chair in front of a festive background with space for group photos.
6. Tips: If offering a tip, place it in a holiday card to keep the magic intact.
7. Exit Strategy: Distract the children with a game or song so Santa can exit discreetly.
