July 24, 2025Hilary officiated our wedding on May 25th, 2025, and I truly can’t imagine anyone else having done it better. Ours was a small, private ceremony—just five of us—on a secluded beach only accessible by boat, and Hilary handled it with the perfect balance of professionalism, care, and personal touch.
From the beginning, she was attentive to every detail. She wrote the ceremony script herself and sent it to me multiple times for feedback, always open to changes and fully focused on making sure it reflected our vision. She even conducted a rehearsal of our vows with us beforehand, which helped calm our nerves and make the day run smoothly.
What really stood out to me was how intentional she was about everything. She asked thoughtful questions, ensured the handfasting portion of our ceremony was meaningful, and even coordinated her outfit so as not to clash with my dress or distract from the aesthetic. Every little box my husband and I wanted checked—she checked it.
We’re actually having her officiate my mom’s upcoming wedding, too, because I believe this is something she’s genuinely great at. If she chooses to continue down this path, I think she’s got something truly special to offer.

If amplification is needed for larger crowds, client must provide a microphone/sound system.
Shade or cover requested for outdoor ceremonies in extreme heat or weather.
For Bartending Services:
Access to bar setup area at least 30–60 minutes before service begins.
Table or bar station must be provided unless otherwise arranged.
Client must provide all alcohol, mixers, garnishes, ice, and cups unless otherwise discussed.
Access to trash receptacles and clean-up area preferred.
Water and restroom access required for events lasting over 2 hours.
