Technical Requirements & Event Notes
H&H Luxury Events is a fully self-contained, tech-powered experience company. We provide all necessary equipment for our activations; however, the following requirements ensure optimal performance and guest experience:
General Requirements (All Experiences)
• Power: (1) dedicated 110–120V outlet within 10–15 feet of setup area
• Space: Minimum 8’x8’ area (larger footprint required for select experiences below)
• Ceiling Height: Minimum 8 ft clearance (10+ ft recommended for 360 & GlamBot)
• Level Surface: Indoor, flat surface preferred
• Weather Protection: For outdoor events, tent or covered area is required
• Wi-Fi: Recommended for instant sharing (we can operate offline if necessary)
GlamBot Experience
• Minimum 12’x12’ space
• 10–12 ft ceiling clearance
• Dedicated power source
• Crowd flow space for line management
• Optional: Branded backdrop or step-and-repeat
360 Video Experience
• 10’x10’ minimum footprint
• 10 ft ceiling clearance
• 1 dedicated outlet
• Adequate guest clearance area for safety
Mirror Booth / Opulence Booth / Lavish Booth
