We create custom cocktail experiences and provide beverage service for private celebrations, weddings, corporate gatherings, and other events. We also collaborate on beverage concepts and menu development. Whether the setting is an intimate dinner or a larger celebration, we approach each project with the same intention: to understand the occasion, make guests feel looked after, and create moments worth remembering.

Hey Ma Collective does not require a stage, sound system, or special lighting for standard beverage service. We do need a safe, accessible service area with enough space for the agreed bar setup, equipment, and staff. A nearby water source, access to ice, and power may be needed depending on the menu and setup.

Before the event, we will confirm the venue, guest count, service hours, load-in and breakdown times, parking or loading access, and any venue rules that affect beverage service. We will also agree in writing on who is providing the alcohol, mixers, ice, glassware, bar equipment, and other supplies. Requirements vary by event, so these details are finalized before booking.

For outdoor events, please let us know about uneven ground, limited access, weather exposure, or the need for shade or cover. We are happy to coordinate with your venue or planner to make sure the beverage setup works smoothly within the event space.
