Developing my Roots :

I was raised in a home where spiritual freedom was encouraged, and from the earliest days I gravitated to witchcraft and the mysteries of the unseen. I felt magic in the trees, the moon, and the way energy shifted in a room. Other children played make-believe; I was already crafting quiet spells with herbs, patterns in dirt, and whispered wishes to the stars. Though I drifted away at times, the pull of magic always drew me back, each return deepening my practice. I came to understand spirituality as a spiral, revisiting lessons with greater insight. That freedom gifted to me as a child became a compass for life. It not only allowed me to claim witchcraft without fear, but also planted the seed of how I would one day guide others. What began as curiosity became a lifelong devotion, shaping my identity as a witch, a stylist, and eventually a teacher of magic.

My First Love of Beauty:

Cosmetology became my first great love and the earliest expression of my magic. From the moment I picked up a brush and comb, I saw how transformation was more than appearance — it was spirit. A simple haircut or a shift of color gave clients the confidence to shine, and I recognized this as spellwork in its truest form. My chair became a sacred circle where glamour was not illusion but liberation, helping people see their own brilliance reflected back to them. For over fifteen years I devoted myself to this craft, refining my skills in cutting, color, and styling, while never losing sight of the deeper purpose. Every appointment became a ritual of care, renewal, and confidence. Making people feel beautiful taught me that beauty itself is a form of magic, and cosmetology was not just my career but a calling that prepared me for the life I would go on to create.

From Seeker to Guide:

My path led me to J Beverly Hills, a botanically based line that infused the magic of plants into healthy hair. It resonated with my craft, where herbs and nature were already sacred tools. At the same time, the molecular science of hair color fascinated me — shrinking color molecules was both chemistry and alchemy, real-world magic unfolding in each formula. Becoming an advanced educator for the company deepened my artistry while igniting a new passion: teaching. I found joy in helping stylists build confidence and refine their skills, and in turn their questions broadened my own understanding. Along the way, I was mentored by remarkable souls. Chrissy Pike showed me how contagious true passion is, how it makes people glow from within. I also formed bonds with fellow new educators, Julianna and Odessa. Despite being from three different states, with totally different backgrounds and experiences, we found connection in our passion for the beauty industry. Together, we learned that education is a circle, where wisdom flows both ways, and that teaching itself is one of the highest forms of magic.

Abracadabra, My Crossroads is Beauty and Magic:

While I had great opportunities throughout my career, I was always part of someone else’s vision. I am grateful for those experiences because they taught me what I would want when the time came to build something truly my own. That moment arrived when I opened my first booth, Esteem Beauty, inside a salon called Abracadabra. The name itself felt like destiny, a reminder that I was stepping onto a magical path. I decorated my booth with crystals and subtle touches of my craft, small whispers of who I was. Over its first year, those whispers grew louder, evolving into Hex&Hair. What began as a corner blossomed into a full suite, alive with tarot cards for readings, crystals for energy, and jars of herbs waiting to be brewed into teas for glamour and ritual. Here, my passion for beauty and my devotion to witchcraft finally met in harmony, forming a business that felt like home.

Path of a Glamour Witch

Hex&Hair became more than a salon. It became a sanctuary, a place where every appointment could hold space for transformation inside and out. I guide clients through self-love rituals, craft ceremonies of confidence, and blend beauty services with the sacred language of magic. My suite is also my think tank, where I brew new ideas, dream of classes, and explore ways to spread empowerment. Supported by mentors like Jodi Duncan, who encouraged me as a new business owner, I stepped fully into my own vision. My practice deepened as I wove tarot, herbs, and ritual into daily work, proving that spirituality is not separate from career but part of it. In Hex&Hair, beauty is liberation, glamour is spellwork, and each act of care is a ritual of self-discovery. It is here that my path as a stylist and a witch fully converged, allowing me to live and share my magic every day.

Sharing the Craft, Shaping the Future:
As my journey deepened, I felt called to share my knowledge beyond the salon chair. Teaching became another expression of magic, whether through public classes like Tea Magic, Glamour Magic, and Witchling Workshops, or private lessons and guided rituals. I found joy in blending education with spirituality, showing others how herbs, color, and intention can transform both beauty and spirit. Tarot readings, personalized ceremonies, and even tinctures and elixirs became ways to help people reconnect with themselves. My work is versatile, tailored to the magic each person or event needs, from intimate gatherings to large community circles. At Hex&Hair, every day is a chance to create, to inspire, and to build connection. I carry gratitude for those who shaped my path and excitement for the future still unfolding. My mission is simple yet profound: to weave beauty and magic together so others may step into their own power, radiant and free.
