From site selection, site visits, site set-up, the event promotion & sales, all the supplies both the practical & the pleasurable for our day. And ... our biggest wow. She really took care of US - our leader team of 5 presenters, trainers, sales reps - wow she made sure our 'energy-pack' was fully charged all day long.

Ghazaleh was instrumental in bringing the Ideas at the Roqe Hub series to life, demonstrating exceptional skills in planning, organization, and team management. For each of the three events featuring Sarah Rahimi, King Raam, and Saba Zameni, she led both the marketing and production efforts—setting up Eventbrite, managing campaigns through Mailchimp, coordinating with TextMex, and creating clear communication templates that kept the team aligned and boosted audience engagement. On event days, she oversaw the entire operation with professionalism and calm leadership, directing the team, managing registration, cueing speakers, and ensuring every detail from catering to guest experience was thoughtfully handled. She also played a key role in planning ahead for Roqe Live 5 by liaising with venues and contributing to the project’s long-term vision. Ghazaleh’s ability to bring people together and execute with precision makes her an invaluable asset to any team.

Ghazale was an invaluable asset across multiple events, demonstrating exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. At the First Outdoor Breathwork Event, she assisted with both pre- and post-production setup, ensuring a smooth experience for all attendees. During the Chillhouse Event, she efficiently managed liability forms and supported the teardown process. At the Khoda Retreat, she took on a multifaceted role—registering guests upon arrival, maintaining water stations, keeping event spaces tidy between classes, managing the drum circle with Peter Acari, and assisting with post-production. Her reliability and dedication made a significant impact at every event.

Ghazaleh was an outstanding Production Team Member for our Archangel events in 2015 & 2016, each attended by over 1000 guests. In 2015, she played a pivotal role in creating a welcoming environment by greeting attendees and providing clear directions, ensuring everyone knew what to expect upon arrival. In 2016, She managed the bookstore, interacting professionally with Gary Vaynerchuk as he signed copies for our attendees. Beyond these responsibilities, both years, Ghazaleh consistently supported the team with all pre-and post-production setups, demonstrating exceptional versatility and commitment.
