Henrik - Solo Violin, Band Leader

We had the pleasure of having this violinist perform at our wedding ceremony, and he was absolutely exceptional from start to finish. He beautifully played all of our requested songs and also chose additional pieces that fit the atmosphere perfectly.
As the bride, walking in while he was playing created such a beautiful and calming moment — it instantly put my mind at ease and made the ceremony feel even more special. Our guests couldn’t stop raving about the music and how talented he was.

Henrik has been performing at Friendship Village for many years. In the seven years I've known him, he has presented nothing but concert-quality work for our residents. He selects and presents a wonderful variety of music that includes classical, popular, and everything in between, and offers exceptional background information on the music, his instruments, culture and more. Not only is he terrific as a soloist, but he has graced our stage with violin duets, violin/piano duets, violin/vocal duets, jazz ensembles and a World Quartet--all of which bring a richness to the types of performances we can present to our residents that is welcomed and highly appreciated. Personally, Henrik has become a beloved friend to our residents and myself as well, as he is not only very professional, but personable and genuinely kind and gracious as he interacts with everyone. We look forward to multiple performances every year, including his commitment to bringing us a beautiful Christmas Eve concert every year!
