What to expect
On arrival I would introduce myself. Offer a drink or snack and take a look at the design ask if there's an alterations that need to be made. I would start small talk to avoid an awkward silence then I would start the design when I finish I would ask if they see anywhere they'd like fixing or more details. Lastly I would give a coupon and wish them a good day .
