Event Planning and Entertainment Management – Our duties and responsibilities

She leads through an example with a consistent work ethic, attitude, and professionalism, performing event administration functions, training other managers, overseeing client management operations, and ensuring that all responsibilities are efficient in communication and progress.
Collaborating in all phases of strategic planning with other members of the management team and third-party vendors if considered necessary, including resource management, logistics, contract negotiation, issue resolution, and client services.
Demonstrate leadership with respect to event direction, artist and talent development, and strategic marketing campaigns with management teams.
Provide continuous assessment of key considerations, potential issues, and resource utilization.
Perform needs based on a situational assessment of policies and procedures, utilizing several tools to evaluate event effectiveness.
Identify and utilize talent among team members and target professional recruitment.
Promote the effective execution of all administrative and financial aspects of event and client management while analyzing and presenting important information to execute staff, client representatives, and other relevant parties.

Expert experience: Booking & Marketing: Booking, promoting, and contracting shows within the USA, creating and sending out important documents such as contracts, show offers, press kits, itineraries, and equipment needs. Directly dealt with the purchaser, show promoter, venue rep and artist managers, tour managers, publicists, record companies, and artists.
Negotiate contracts: Researched all laws applicable to contracts with knowledge of the music industry, and created music contracts to protect the representative party.
Mentored Junior managers: Trained managers to know the facts about the industry, communicated with tact the task at hand, effective leader, and reduced stress.
