Heatherlyn sang for my 50th birthday party. More than music, she brought presence, grace, and careful attention to theme & detail. She was entirely set up well before the event, and even provided an extra mic for our emcee. The sound was excellent. She worked closely with me to craft exactly the song set I hoped for and create the vibe we wanted. My guests were amazed at her talent! Do not question it - just book her!

We were blown away by Heatherlyn's presence and mastery of her craft. For my Mom's 80th, we wanted to throw a special party. Rather than look for a big name singer, we thought we'd search for a local unknown, and boy did we ever get quite the bargain with Heatherlyn! The crowd was blown away by her take on classic covers and she wooed us and had the whole crowd swooning the whole evening. Her and her partner Jason, who helped with sound were both very professional and I can see them both being very successful the way they show up and give, give, give! We were happy with hiring the beautifully talented Heatherlyn!

I had the privilege of seeing Heatherlyn perform numerous times in Denver from 2016 - 2019. After each show, I left feeling reignited and lighter, almost the same effects as a sound bath. When it came time to select both an officiant and musician for my wedding, there was no doubt that I wanted Heatherlyn to be that person. She provided music on one of the most important days of my life and I cannot tell you how much she shaped the day through her artistry and presence. Heatherlyn is one of one and if you have the opportunity to hire her for an event, a show, or the most important day of your life, DO IT! You will be so glad you did.

I have known Heatherlyn for many years now. She first came to my attention at a house concert held in my pastor's home. I was blown away by her vocal qualities. She switched effortlessly between different musical styles and genre, from sweet ballads, charming folk arrangements, to driving pop covers. All this with a beautiful silky warm vocal tone that smacked of smoky whiskey with a sweetness of tone reminiscent of Carol King.

Her set list is beyond impressive. Switching from original compositions to covers of recent artists like Lady Gaga, Katie Perry, to roots rock, to Woody Guthrie, to gospel. Her vibe brings positivity into the world, her smile vibrant and her energy seems unbounded.

I have used Heatherlyn at least five times for assorted events at my church (I am the Director of Music at a church in Rock Island, IL). She performed at two of our Lion and Lamb festivals. We hosted her in two duet concerts with collaborator Ben Grace, and once for an all church picnic and concert.

I last saw her perform for her album debut of Musical Apothecary in Denver. There she performed with a full band and presented the entire album. She shone with an inner light though the entire performance. The crowd was engaged, listening, dancing, enraptured by her. It was one of the musical highlights of 2023 for me.

I cannot recommend Heatherlyn highly enough. She is a treat to watch, listen to, converse with, and to learn from. You will be blessed to have her on your stage. She's amazing.
