I also provide avenues to allow you to achieve the goals you set for yourself. I focus on primary foods, for example, spirituality, finances, creativity, career, etc, and secondary foods, the sustenance put into the body through the foods you eat.

What to Expect
I interactively educate the audience on primary and secondary foods by asking questions about different lifestyles. These are open ended questions that cause the audience to evaluate their own relationship with food. I help the audience understand how there relationship with food affects there life from a point of joy and a sense of accomplishment. I help the audience to see how their relationship with food affects their careers, finances, sense of achievement, etc. I demonstrate from my own experience how adding better choices rather than just removing the negative choices will aid in the success in there lives. In this way I am able to show that not all foods that are unhealthy need to be removed right away, but in contrast, when adding in a more healthy choice will eventually cause the body to not want as much of the unhealthy choice and may remove it completely. This enables the client to see that they are in control of their choices and they can make the necessary changes on their own.

As these pieces accumulate, my clients find these changes collectively creating a much larger impact than they originally anticipated. We work on what they want to improve within the circumstances of their unique situation.
