Health & Wellness coach & Youth Empowerment Speaker

My name is Rupert Knights, I am an Motivational Speaker, Alkaline Vegan Chef, Health and Wellness Lifestyle Coach, Holistic Practitioner, Community Educator and the Founder of Powerful Pioneers.

Powerful Pioneers mission- is to spark vision, inspire faith and mobilize communities through net working, partnering and providing various services and workshops that are catered to empowering, restoring and rebuilding ourselves and our communities.

My passion is to empower families and communities to improve their health and wellness by offering workshops, coaching, cooking classes and more. I also offer health and wellness presentations at schools, senior citizen facilities and various organizations.

As a Community Educator, I speak at various organizations. I am also an artist that has had the great opportunity to coach upcoming musical artist, while also teaching music development workshops to students. I use music to bring students together to not only teach about music development but to inspire them to build self esteem while encouraging them that they can be an inspiration to their families and their community by identifying and using their own gifts, skills and talents to make a difference.
