For our headshot and event photography services, we aim to create a smooth and efficient setup tailored to your event. Below are the key technical requirements:

- Space: We require a minimum of 10x10 feet for our headshot station to accommodate the backdrop, lighting equipment, and camera setup.
- Power: Access to at least two electrical outlets is necessary to power our professional lighting and any additional equipment.
- Lighting: While we bring our own studio lighting, it’s helpful to have a space with some control over ambient light to prevent unwanted shadows or color casts.
- Staging: A flat, stable surface is required for setup. We prefer areas with minimal foot traffic to ensure both safety and privacy for participants during their sessions.
- Wi-Fi: If you opt for instant image viewing or digital delivery on-site, access to reliable Wi-Fi will ensure smooth and quick uploads.
We handle all the details of the setup, allowing you to focus on the event itself while we manage the technical side. Our equipment is portable, and we can adjust to different venue constraints with advance notice.
