To ensure the best results, here are the technical and logistical needs for a smooth production:
📸 For Photography Sessions
• Power Source: Access to at least one standard 110V outlet for lighting equipment.
• Lighting Control: Ideally an indoor space with controllable natural light (curtains/blinds recommended).
• Table or Surface: For food/product photography, a stable table or counter is required.
• Time for Setup: Please allow 30–45 minutes for lighting and camera setup before shooting.
• Parking Access: Close loading zone or temporary parking access for unloading gear.
🎥 For Video or Podcast Recordings
• Quiet Environment: Minimal ambient noise for optimal audio quality.
• Space Requirements: At least 10x10 ft clear area for multi-camera setup.
• Power Access: Minimum of 2 outlets (for cameras, lights, audio gear).
• Client Equipment: If you’ll be speaking, please wear clothing that allows for discreet mic placement (lapel or lav).
🎙 For Live or Streamed Productions
• Stable Internet Connection: Minimum 20 Mbps upload speed for HD, 50 Mbps for 4K.
• Permission to Test Equipment: We recommend a brief tech test prior to event/shoot date.
• Streaming Platform Access: Client must provide login or admin access if streaming to their YouTube/Facebook channel.
