We had the pleasure of having Aaron play steel guitar at our Hawaiian-themed birthday party last night, and he was absolutely fantastic. From the moment he started playing, the atmosphere transformed. His music brought such an authentic, relaxed island vibe that had everyone smiling and swaying along.
Aaron is not only a talented musician but also a true professional. He showed up early, was easy to work with, and blended in perfectly with the tone of the evening. Multiple guests came up to us throughout the night to say how much they loved the music.

Earlier this year, I hired Aaron Brownwood on behalf of the Center for World Music to provide an engaging solo performance for school children as they were arriving to campus. Aaron set up his console steel guitar and performed a beautiful set of tunes while children ages 4-10 hovered around him listening, dancing, and asking questions about his music and instruments. Aaron embraced the chaos of dozens of children surrounding him completely. He was able to share not only his unique musical style and unusual instrument (to them), but his passion and joy for music-making. I have hired Aaron for many different types of events and he is always able to deliver exactly what I need. He is kind, has a great heart, and is always easy to communicate with. Plus, he's a top notch performer!
