From booking the date and venue, to orchestrating the day-of timeline and events, this service includes assistance and guidance throughout the entire wedding planning process, including 24/7 availability to answer any and all questions or concerns regarding your wedding.
Partial Consulting

With this service, our involvement is limited to the specific, pre-determined vendors with which you desire assistance, allowing you the freedom to decide how much or how little of the planning process you would like to handle on your own. We assist in researching and contacting selected vendors, and then reviewing and negotiating each contract. We also attend any appointments with that vendor (as requested by you), track payment deadlines, and maintain ongoing communication with the vendors.

Final Countdown Coordination:

This service begins six weeks before your wedding day and includes formulating a plan/timeline for the day to ensure that every detail is in place and that the event is being managed by a professional. The master plan is based on a consultation with the bride and groom. Also includes 24/7 availability to answer questions during the service period. We serve as the primary contact for your guests regarding any questions they may have.

We are on-site for the entire ceremony and celebration to ensure that your vendors and bridal party have arrived on time, assist with set up and review venue decor and details, assist the photographer in organizing family members, organize the ceremony line-up and reception introduction, distribute all vendor gratuities and final payments, ensure you have all gifts at the end of the event, and deal with any “emergencies.” There is no time limit for the day-of; we arrive early and stay late.

Amy was raised in Madison, Wisconsin and is proud to be a midwestern girl. She has a supportive family and incredible friends. Running, exploring new restaurants, and movies are among her favorite things, and her true passion is “the commitment I make to a bride that her wedding day is going to be everything she has dreamed of.” 

Amy moved to the Aurora/Naperville area in 2016 from Los Angeles, California.  For 17 years Amy organized and managed events for countless affairs on behalf of the biggest names in the industry.  She made the move back to the Midwest to get closer to her roots, be near her loved ones and to start her own business doing what she truly loves and excels in - making a bride's dream a reality.
