Influences & Inspiration
My influences were my music teachers in high school, and other older musicians that I have had to privilege of playing music with at certain hotels in the Caribbean. I've played the Alto sax with Calypso and Merengue bands at the Hilton hotel. There I played Bossa Novas and other Caribbean music. I was influenced by jazz Saxophonist John Coltrane, Trumpeter Miles Davis, Saxophonist Dexter Gorden, and many other innovative jazz musicians in jazz bands, Big bands, and Dance bands.
