Amateurly complimented drummer with a greater fondness for hand drums. Best with Darbuka, but also fine with: Dejembe, Bongos, Congas, Cajon, or any all other hand drums. Learns styles easily on the fly, yet plays with unique application. Best with improv in the flow, currently more about art in a specific time and place. Have been playing for a long time. I can read music but I don’t play as well. I prefer and am better at playing by ear; passion over perfection. Would like to enjoy presenting some live solo art that is privately appreciated.

A hand drum sound experience unique to the time and place in which requested. To experience the music, and what it evokes and enhances is the goal; yet customized to what is desired for the festivity.
Drum loving lady who has an innate disposition for the art of hand drums. Currently seeking to provide such at events in said time and place to enhance the experience.
Not much is needed. I can bring my own chair and drums without audio enhancement.
Can play for 5 minutes or 5 hours, it does not matter. I’m full of different styles of hand drum playing improv and in the flow. I’m aware of many styles (West African, Egyptian, Turkish, Indian, Greek, Middle Eastern, Asian, on and on), yet play them in my own way and in the flow of the now where I play.
Nothing much. I enjoy listening to Darbuka players, playing at my main drum circle, and creating my own beats. It’s natural for me, and I am ready to share the energy of it at present.
