Professional, courteous, on-time and awesome! Wonderful, amazing, breathtaking and sensational! Guy caught the audience's attention with his first note and took us on an adventure with the notes that followed. Guy Michel is an electric cellist whose sound blends Afro-Caribbean rhythm, modern R&B energy, and real-time improvisation. His approach mirrors a DJ — reading the room, shaping the flow, and creating an atmosphere guests remember.
Raised in Haiti and trained by ear, Guy’s foundation in rhythm and feel allows him to adapt to any environment. His performances are warm, modern, and movement-driven, built in the moment rather than from fixed arrangements.
He has performed for high-profile clients such as Vanessa Morgan and Michael Kopech, worked with the NAACP and NAACP ACT-SO, is a member of the Recording Academy, and has opened for multi-platinum artist David Banner — all reflecting his professionalism and versatility.

Access to power - I have all the equipment necessary
Parking: Within 200 ft of venue. If regular parking is not available, Valet is an option but ticket has to be validated
Events with DJs: I'll need a 1/4" slot to plug in.
Outdoor events: If it starts raining, I'll have to stop playing and cover my equipment to protect them from damage.
