What a talented gem! Perfect for the wedding.

Highly recommend!!! Guy was a complete pleasure to work with from start to finish, professional, communicative and super talented. He was enthusiastic and accommodating to any requests for special songs, aligned easily with performance timing and also had great ideas for songs to be played. He is versatile in styles of music, genres, enthusiastic, and really added a special element to the wedding. Everyone loved his songs! He arrived early, set up and brought such an amazing live element to the wedding and was a delight to have perform as guests arrived, ceremony and during the brunch reception. He understood the havana vintage/Brooklyn wedding vibes. Latin, Bossa Nova, Samba, Rock, contemporary, pop, jazz, blues... he is absolutely incredible and such a genuine, lovely person as well. We would absolutely book him again for any type of event.

In his music, Guy draws inspiration from a wide range of musical styles, inspired by his travels around the world, styles like flamenco music, Brazilian music, African music, blues, and jazz. Whether playing electric or classical guitar, Guy aims to deliver a transporting experience through his music where the listener is evoked and challenged emotionally and spiritually and is being set on a journey.

In his latest composition, "Origins", Guy collaborates with the mixed world ensemble, where he explores the palette of sounds at his disposal. Tom Orr (World Music Central magazine) writes - "Israeli Guitarist Guy Gottesfeld and the aptly-named Mixed World Ensemble shine brilliantly on “Origins,” an exquisitely layered piece with Middle Eastern inflections, hypnotic wordless vocals and first-rate musicianship all around. Dazzling stuff".
