We booked Nick for our elementary school AutumnFest. I was so impressed with the ideas he presented for the kids to have a good time, playing games, planning a clean family-friendly playlist and having prizes for the kids to win. Communication was great for the month leading up to the event. He graciously provided a playlist for us to get pre-approved by our administration a week before the event and he showed up on time and kept the vibes high! Thanks Nick!

Technical Requirements:
Groovy Sound Productions provides a complete professional DJ setup, including sound system, mixer, wireless microphones, and dance lighting. We arrive self-contained and ready to go — all we need from the venue is:
One dedicated 120V electrical outlet (standard power) within 25 feet of the setup area
A 6’x3’ or 8’x3’ table (preferred) for DJ equipment
Flat, stable surface or stage area (minimum 6’x6’)
Adequate overhead cover for outdoor events to protect equipment from weather and direct sunlight
Access to the setup area 60–90 minutes prior to the event start time for proper sound check and setup
Our system is designed for clean, high-quality sound and professional presentation at weddings, corporate events, and private celebrations.

Every event with Groovy Sound Productions is completely customized to the client. We don’t use pre-made playlists — we build each set around your crowd, theme, and energy.
Our music library spans Top 40, Latin, Hip-Hop, R&B, 70s–2000s dance classics, Country, and EDM, allowing us to adapt to any crowd in real time. For weddings, we incorporate your must-play songs, cultural selections, and special moments (first dance, parent dances, anniversary dance, etc.) into a perfectly timed flow.
In short, every set is unique — expertly mixed live to match the vibe of your event and keep the dance floor full all night.
Setup requirements
A covered or shaded area if the event is outdoors (to protect equipment from sun or rain)
Access for load-in and setup at least 60–90 minutes before the event start time
One 6’x3’ table (or 8’x3’ preferred), sturdy and level
One standard electrical outlet (120V) within 25 feet of the setup area
