October 13, 2021Doc and Groove Ride performed for my wedding reception and they were tremendous to work with from start to finish! They kindly learned three brand new songs just for us and they were the highlight of the evening! Every guest was asking their name as soon as they started to play and our only regret was not hiring them to play longer! Doc was our MC and he was perfect at keeping things on time, while also remembering all the little details, even the ones we added 48 hours before. They did our cocktail hour as well. We will use them for every party we ever do! They do all fun hits

August 3, 2021After reviewing 10+ bands we as a family of 5 decided on Grove Ride. From beginning to the end the entire process was so smooth. The band management were very helpful in making suggestions prior to the event up to the day if event. We received lots of compliments from our guests on the music and the band-members professionalism. This band deserves a 5 star rating.

January 6, 2019What the Funk! was a huge hit with our guests for a 50th birthday party. A number of them are now finding reasons to book them for a party themselves. More than this though, Dr. Robinson was a pleasure to work with. He was extremely responsive, detailed in his information, and provided exactly what I had requested for the event. They are a super professional and very talented band. I would highly recommend them to anyone who wants a dynamic performance.

February 23, 2017We brought What the Funk! back again for our very special running club's 50th Anniversary Gala and again were not disappointed. We were so happy that they were available for a second time especially for such a special occasion for us! As soon as they started playing, almost everyone in our group hit the dance floor. It was packed! I would highly recommend them to anyone. They are so impressive with their music, dance moves, and singing talents! I received so many compliments afterwards from our members that they were the highlight of the night! Thank you, What the Funk!
