Influenced by the stylings of Prince, The B-52s, Miles Davis, Stanley Clark, Cameo, The Yellowjackets, Parliament Funkadelic, Kraftwerk, The Police, and all the good stuff played late-night by Detroit’s own Electrifying Mojo in the 80s, Groove Fellowship is a three-piece original music group out of Detroit, MI, fusing elements of R&B/soul, jazz, and funk, available on vinyl and all digital outlets. Including pop-up and weekly shows at popular bars, pubs, coffee shops, charity events, and high-profile local festivals, folks have been digging our band vibe since 2012 at performances all over the Tri-County area.

Three-piece band (drums, guitar, and bass) performing high-energy original music (sung, spoken, and instrumental). Group slots into well-equipped spaces with ease, or capable of bringing all necessary backline gear (for additional fee.) Stage plot arrangement can accommodate even small spaces. Band members interact with each other and the audience during and between sets. Comped refreshments are not necessary but deeply appreciated.
Groove Fellowship is a band of seasoned music professionals established in 2012, with all members having performed with other musical groups before forming Groove Fellowship. All hail from Detroit, MI, and are active members of the Motor City community. Groove Fellowship is:
