We could not be more thrilled with the beautiful guitar music Greta provided for our wedding ceremony. Greta was so kind and accommodating to learn three songs for us, and she played them so beautifully!! Greta was so easy to work with - she is extremely professional and showed up early for our event and set up her own equipment. Our wedding coordinator said she was a dream to work with. She set the perfect tone for the ceremony and multiple people told us how lovely the music was. Greta's services were extremely fairly priced, as well. The day, the setting, and the music was all beyond what we could have hoped for and we’ll never forget it. Just perfect. Thank you, Greta!

What to expect
If you book with me as a wedding/event musician, please know that I am ready to learn the pieces that are important to you, although I do have plenty of repertoire to choose from in various genres. It's up to you! I need to know your final music choices 4 weeks before the date of the event.
1. First, we'll meet either in-person at a public location or online over Zoom or Facebook video chat. That will be a time for us to discuss your vision for your event and your chosen songs/vibe.
2. Payment is due 4 weeks before the date of the event (no deposits necessary).
3. I show up and provide the jams on the big day! All you have to do is enjoy the whole vision coming together.

If you come to a show where I'm performing as Greta Elise (the recording artist), you'll hear an interesting mix of Celtic folk fusion and Americana influences, all played on my nylon guitar.
About
I fell in love with the piano at the age of six. 25 years and one music degree later (Bachelors of Music, 2016, Liberty University), I'm still learning and loving the gift of music! My guitar journey began in 2009 when my youth group's praise band needed a rhythm guitar, and I taught myself the basics with some helpful books and videos and took off from there. My typical guitar style is chill and acoustic with lots of fingerstyle melodies and arpeggiated harmonies.
Having grown up in Johnston County, I have a deep appreciation for our NC communities and the lovely people who inhabit them (that means you!). I enjoy living and working with clients right here in the greater Raleigh area.
Additional booking notes
For my digital piano, I will need an electrical outlet nearby (I can provide my own extension cord if needed).
For my guitar, I will need an electrical outlet (for my fancier PA speakers), but I also have an outdoor-friendly battery-operated PA speaker for outdoor events.
If I am DJ-ing your reception, I'll bring the fancier PA speakers, a wireless microphone, and my laptop with DJ software. All I need is an electrical outlet for all of that.
Either way, I cannot play in rain or other inclement weather, but you knew that :)
