What to expect

I have been performing for over 20 years. I take pride in exhibiting professionalism. This means being punctual, polite, and cordial.

About

Greg's passion for music began in childhood, growing up in Rome, New York, with the radio as his constant companion. He started on drums before discovering his voice in high school, where—slightly ahead of his time—he found himself drawn to jazz standards while many of his peers gravitated toward contemporary pop and rock. Inspired by the rise of Harry Connick Jr., in the early 1990's Greg developed an early appreciation for the Great American Songbook.

His introduction to Frank Sinatra came through his grandfather's record collection, where he first discovered some of the timeless recordings that would leave a lasting impression. That interest deepened while working at a local radio station, where he was responsible for airing local commercials during The Sounds of Sinatra, the nationally syndicated program hosted by Sid Mark. Listening to Sinatra's recordings day after day became an informal musical education, leading Greg to explore not only Sinatra's vast catalog but also the legendary vocalists and arrangers of the era, including Dean Martin, Nat King Cole, Tony Bennett, Bobby Darin, Peggy Lee, Ella Fitzgerald, Count Basie, Nelson Riddle, and Billy May.

After moving to New York City to attend Hofstra University, Greg became part of Manhattan's early-2000s music scene, performing original music and sharing stages with artists including The Strokes and Gavin DeGraw. From 2004 to 2012, he fronted the indie rock band Motel Creeps, which signed with Spectra Records, earned national exposure on VH1, and continues to have its music published through Sony Music Publishing.

Now based in the Houston area, Greg has returned to the music that first inspired him…jazz, swing, and the Great American Songbook. His rich baritone and classic style draw comparisons to Michael Bublé while capturing the timeless sophistication of Frank Sinatra. Whether performing for intimate audiences or larger events, Greg brings warmth, authenticity, and a genuine love for timeless music to every performance.

Greg is not an average local singer. He has performed internationally in countries such as Ireland and Italy. Nationally, he has performed in New York, New Jersey, Rhode Island, North Carolina, Georgia, Florida, and Las Vegas.

Additional booking notes

I provide the basic professional sound gear for small to medium-sized venues. I also have a basic lighting system to provide automated dramatic effects. I require only basic electrical outlets. Most of my gear is wireless, battery powered so it's rare that I need to plug in for a 3-hour performance.
