November 24, 2015Absolute best
Greg is a very talented comic who gave us a phenomenal show. His material was very appropriate and extremely funny. During his performance he was able to cater to the audience in a way that caught everyone's attention. I was stunned at his performance and there is no doubt in my mind that I would hire him again for another event. Thank you for a great time.

October 19, 2017Update to review
In my first review I mentioned all the positives. Here are the negatives. He didn't congratulate the bride and groom. He stuck to his Raiders joke even if no one was into football or the Raiders when he set it up. When no one laughed at some jokes, he said "it's a joke, people." He should have asked where guests were from - they flew in from all over- to get them engaged when he lost them. He turned to me after 15 mins. and said, I know we started late. How much time do we have left. Brides don't wear watches. I said 5 mins even though the deal was 30 mins. He did ask if there was any topic I wanted to cover right after the deal was sealed, but was less responsive after that. A bride has a lot of details to manage, and this bride did not think it was necessary to micromanage and prep the act.
For the positives, see my earlier review.

Greg “G” Williams is working diligently to be a breath of fresh air by taking a different path into the world of comedy. His comedic style arises from his day to day life as a male nurse. Born in Roanoke, Virginia and raised in Fayetteville, North Carolina “G” joined the Army where he served for five years during Desert Storm. After leaving the Army “G” became a Registered Nurse, specializing with premature infants. After discovering life in a hospital can be hilariously entertaining, “G” developed his act in the comedy clubs of Atlanta.
An impressive article was written on “G” in The Atlanta Journal Constitution about his transition from nursing to comedy. The article caught the eye of several nursing organizations which contracted “G” as ice breaker comic to relieve stress and add an element of humor to nursing conferences.
After four years of successful exciting comedy ventures in Atlanta “G” sought new adventures and relocated to Northern California’s San Francisco Bay Area where he has hit the ground running in the comedy arena. He has his own show he produces at The San Jose Improv Called “Nurse’s Night Out” that always has a house packed with his fans and is sponsored by “Absolutely Uniforms” in San Jose Ca.
